Meridian Business Support Limited is proud to partner with a leading pharmaceutical company in Newbury. We are seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Manager to lead a team of pharmacists and counter staff.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives. Whether supporting pharmacists, delivering top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising pharmacy staff to ensure efficient prescription supply, delivery of NHS and Private services, and providing healthcare advice to customers.
  • Playing an active role in our charity support program, offering guidance to individuals at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Leading, training, and developing colleagues.
  • Utilizing a planning system to guarantee pharmacy staff availability, ensuring seamless service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Pharmacy Degree.
  • Passion for leading and empowering teams.
  • Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups.
  • Completion of a DBS check, organized by the client before employment.
