">About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our Short-Term Fostering Team as a Lead Therapeutic Practitioner. You will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing new training materials, and providing supervision to foster carers.
">Your Responsibilities
">- Deliver high-quality training programs for foster carers.
- Support the development of new training materials and resources.
- Provide regular supervision to foster carers, including therapeutic support services.
- Maintain effective relationships with child in care social workers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
">- A relevant Social Worker qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in using a therapeutic parenting approach and providing similar training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
">- A competitive salary of £33,366 per annum (pro rata).
- 21 hours per week, flexible working options available.
- Permanent position.
