About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Therapeutic Practitioner to join our Short-Term Fostering Team. As a Lead Therapeutic Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing new training materials, and providing supervision to foster carers.

Your Responsibilities

">
  • Deliver high-quality training programs for foster carers.
  • Support the development of new training materials and resources.
  • Provide regular supervision to foster carers, including therapeutic support services.
  • Maintain effective relationships with child in care social workers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

">
  • A relevant Social Worker qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in using a therapeutic parenting approach and providing similar training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
