Quantity Control Specialist

Responsibilities include preparing interim valuations and final accounts, certifying Subcontractor and supplier payments, assessing and agreeing on variations and change orders, producing and sending applications for payment, providing financial input and support to projects teams, attending site meetings to monitor progress and address commercial concerns, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, industry standards and regulations, and maintaining detailed records of all commercial activities and preparing regular reports for senior management.
Key Requirements include a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field, proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Mechanical and Electrical sector, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a high level of initiative with a proactive approach to problem solving.
