Receptionist Support Assistant

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our visitors, relatives, and suppliers at Nazareth Care Charitable Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day receptionist duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, directing them to the correct destination, and dealing with enquiries via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet persons entering the home and direct them to the correct destination
- Deal with enquiries from residents, staff, or visitors via telephone, email, or face-to-face
- Show visitors around the facilities and direct them to appropriate rooms
- General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, record keeping, and minutes for meetings as required
- Input data on systems as requested
- Provide administration support to the General Manager as and when required
All posts offered are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS or PVG disclosure.
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, caring, and enthusiastic. You will be well-organised, have strong IT skills, good attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a good telephone manner. The ideal person will have a flexible approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and work as a team player and individually.
