Administrative Support Officer

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Nazareth Care Charitable Trust. The successful candidate will provide exceptional day-to-day receptionist support to visitors, relatives, and suppliers, as well as handle phone and face-to-face enquiries and administrative tasks for management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors and direct them to the correct destination
- Deal with enquiries from residents, staff, or visitors via phone, email, or face-to-face
- Show visitors around the facilities and direct them to appropriate rooms
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, record-keeping, and minutes for meetings as required
- Input data on systems as requested
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager as needed
All posts offered are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS or PVG disclosure.
About You
We are looking for a professional, caring, and enthusiastic individual who is well-organized, has strong IT skills, good attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a good telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be able to prioritize tasks, and work as a team player and individually.
