As Director of Talent and Culture, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Cabinet Office workforce.

The salary for this role is £130,000 per annum. You will lead the development of a talent management strategy that identifies and attracts top talent, and develops leaders who can drive organisational success.

You will work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that meet those needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a talent management strategy
  • Leading the design and delivery of learning and development programmes
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
