As a Business Development Consultant at ManpowerGroup, you will play a key role in building a network of candidates and clients through business development and networking. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a network of candidates and clients through business development and networking
  • Generating new clients through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing LinkedIn as a platform to build an online presence
  • Becoming a reputable and reliable consultant working towards a reputation as the market leader in your field
  • Sourcing candidates utilizing all tools and platforms available
  • Completing a 360-recruitment role showing end-to-end engagement and satisfaction
  • Hit and exceed targets and time frames set by your manager
  • Offer a high standard of delivery and engagement to all clients
  • Reporting weekly successes to your manager and discussing any outstanding tasks and how you will achieve them
  • Using market data to educate clients and offer an excellent service
  • Continually striving for development and growth
  • Taking responsibility and accountability for your own progression
  • Fully understanding your client's business, including their technologies and work culture, to match the correct candidates to the roles
