Business Development Consultant

As a Business Development Consultant at ManpowerGroup, you will play a key role in building a network of candidates and clients through business development and networking. Your primary goal will be to generate new clients through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns, while utilizing LinkedIn as a platform to build an online presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a network of candidates and clients through business development and networking
- Generating new clients through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
- Utilizing LinkedIn as a platform to build an online presence
- Becoming a reputable and reliable consultant working towards a reputation as the market leader in your field
- Sourcing candidates utilizing all tools and platforms available
- Completing a 360-recruitment role showing end-to-end engagement and satisfaction
- Hit and exceed targets and time frames set by your manager
- Offer a high standard of delivery and engagement to all clients
- Reporting weekly successes to your manager and discussing any outstanding tasks and how you will achieve them
- Using market data to educate clients and offer an excellent service
- Continually striving for development and growth
- Taking responsibility and accountability for your own progression
- Fully understanding your client's business, including their technologies and work culture, to match the correct candidates to the roles
