UK & ROI Parts & Services Channel Marketing Assistant

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and organized Channel Marketing Intern to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the UK & ROI markets for Genuine CNHi Parts.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland).
- Develop and execute quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation, and product communication strategy for the Sell Out channel.
- Collaborate with the communication team to maintain platforms and tools providing product information to customers and end-customers to promote brand and product awareness.
- Manage the deployment of outgoing Sell Out campaign communications to internal and external distribution lists.
- Assist with the delivery of Sell Out events at dealership locations, with occasional travel within the UK required.
- Supervise day-to-day channel activities via Power BI dashboard reporting and support the dealer network in using the platform and managing product/channel queries from the market.
- Support the Sell Out specialist in adapting and improving the channel strategy at a local level.
- Drive online ecommerce sales within dealerships, working closely with the Sell Out specialist and PSMs.
- Run main KPI sales reports (dealer performance, quotes, sales by dealer, abandoned carts, registrations, etc.)
- Own and work on the Ecommerce newsletter, ensuring all content is accurately prepared and sent to the dealer network.
- Undergraduate degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, or Business Administration, or 3 years equivalent working experience in the agricultural sector or Field B2B Ecommerce channel marketing environment.
- Solutions-oriented person with a good degree of autonomy, able to work proactively and analytically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel working knowledge is mandatory, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
