About the RoleThe successful individual will be responsible for supporting the management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland). This includes working closely with the field sales team to build and deliver quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation, and product communication strategy.
- Support the communication team in maintaining platforms and tools providing product information to customers and end-customers to promote and raise brand and product awareness.
- Manage the deployment of all outgoing communications to internal and external distribution lists.
- Contribute to the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly parts news publications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to summarise sales data, identify trends, and propose informed decisions. They should also possess strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analyse sales trends by product family and understand seasonality to develop relevant promotional plans.
- Track product price queries and share relevant pricing repositioning news via relevant channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to lead annual and tactical promotional programmes adapted to target audiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the agricultural sector or B2B marketing environment.
- Solutions-oriented approach with good autonomy and analytical mindset.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
