UK & ROI Parts & Services Marketing Internship Opportunity

About the Role
CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts & Services Marketing Intern to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the UK & ROI markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland).
- Work with the field Sell-out specialist to build and deliver quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation, and product communication strategy by channel (Sell-in/Sell-out).
- Manage the deployment of all outgoing communications to internal and external distribution lists.
- Manage the content and creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly parts news publications.
- Support the Marketing team in liaising with Direx Partners in relation to the deployment of promotions and product news to the network.
- Analyze sales trends by product family, understand seasonality, and develop promotional plans accordingly.
- Track product price queries and share relevant pricing repositioning news via communication channels.
- Lead the conception of annual and tactical promotional programs adapted by target.
- Analyze product line sales and promotion/sales actions results to identify issues/opportunities and propose action plans.
- Work closely with the Marketing manager and Sales Team to understand and resolve product-related issues or opportunities arising in the dealer network.
- Supervise day-to-day product support to the dealer network and daily management of product queries from the market.
Requirements
- Marketing or Business Administration undergraduate degree or 3 years equivalent working experience in the agricultural sector or Field B2B marketing environment.
- Solutions-oriented person with a good degree of autonomy.
- Analytical mindset with the use of base sales data to summarize, identify trends, and support future informed decisions.
- Creative with the ability to create basic flyers and bulletins suitable for deployment to the dealer network within brand guidelines.
- Good proof-reading and copywriting skills.
- Organized and structured with the ability to deliver projects and tasks on time.
- Motivated by a challenge with a can-do attitude.
- Great communicator with a strong team ethic.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Fluency in English.
