Overview of the Role

We are looking for a skilled Global Business Partnership Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to prepare budgets and forecasts for Global Functions, supported by detailed plans to implement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with Global Function Heads and their teams, providing tailored day-to-day financial support and leading the preparation of Global Functional Budgets.

The role requires a qualified finance professional with technical accounting acumen and experience, along with relevant experience working in a global corporate environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to audiences at all levels are essential.

Salary: £67,500 - £82,500 per annum + Benefits and Bonus

Main Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with senior stakeholders to prepare budgets and forecasts for Global Functions, supported by detailed plans to implement.
  2. Develop strong working relationships with Global Function Heads and their teams to understand their functions and provide tailored day-to-day financial support.
  3. Lead the preparation of Global Functional Budgets, supported by plans to implement, plus associated Global GSF Budget presentations for the CEO & CFO.

Essential Skills and Experience

  1. Qualified Finance professional (ACA, ACCA or similar)
  2. Technical accounting acumen & experience
  3. Minimum 5 years PQE
  4. Relevant experience/role working in a global corporate environment
