Supply Chain Opportunities at Pilgrim Foodservice Ltd.About the Role

Pilgrim Foodservice Ltd. is seeking a highly analytical and organised individual to fill the Supply Chain Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product stock levels meet customer demand, scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of products, and reviewing stock levels of products and ordering additional quantities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of products to meet customer demand
  • Review and update stock levels of products, ordering additional quantities as needed
  • Monitor and improve daily out of stock reports to meet department KPIs
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient deliveries, delivery times, and quality
  • Reduce waste levels in line with department targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in scheduling or planning, preferably in the food industry or short life products
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities to interpret data
  • Proficient computer skills, including ERP knowledge
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders
