Supply Chain Coordinator Role

Pilgrim Foodservice Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and organised individual to fill the Supply Chain Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product stock levels meet customer demand, scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of products, and reviewing stock levels of products and ordering additional quantities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of products
  • Reviewing stock levels of products and ordering additional quantities when necessary
  • Ensuring products are delivered on time and in full in line with supplier performance business targets
  • Monitoring, updating, and improving daily out of stock reports in line with department KPI
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure efficiencies by way of deliveries, delivery times, delivery format, and quality
  • Review and reduce waste levels in line with department targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in scheduling or planning, preferably within the food industry or short life products
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities to interpret data
  • Proficient computer skills including ERP knowledge
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders
