Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant (NPD) to join our team at Job&Talent. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the ordering of ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies to ensure stock is rotated and waste is kept to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate ordering of ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen and presentation equipment
- Ensure food preparation is completed to support the Chef
- Buy ingredient supplies and benchmark samples when required
- Test recipes to ensure they meet required technical parameters
- Qualified to Food Safety Level 2 standard
- Understanding of the restaurant market with some experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Intermediate level of English
- Driving licence
- Own car
