Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Pilgrim Foodservice Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Overseeing Supply Chain Operations: Ensure product stock levels meet customer demand by scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Review stock levels of products and order additional quantities when necessary, based on business requirements and customer demands.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Ensure products are delivered on time and in full in line with supplier performance business targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, update, and improve daily out-of-stock reports in line with department KPIs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the operations team to support efficiencies in deliveries, delivery times, delivery format, and quality.
  • Waste Reduction: Review and reduce waste levels in line with department targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in scheduling or planning, preferably within the food industry or short-life products.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent numerical and analytical abilities, and proficient computer skills including ERP knowledge.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
