Operations Coordinator

Join our team as an Operations Assistant and contribute to the smooth running of our auction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of vehicles, adhering to health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and support the organization and display of vehicles prior to auction.
- Drive vehicles as instructed by your line manager, adhering to site rules and HSE requirements.
- Assist in the maneuvering of vehicles to provide a tidy and orderly appearance in the yard.
- Ensure all vehicles are correctly presented with appropriate paperwork.
- Drive in a correct and proper manner, treating all vehicles with respect and adhering to security requirements.
- Help locate and move vehicles for the valet team.
- Observe all health and safety rules and promote a safe working environment.
- Support the imagery and pre-inspection processes.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support auction operations and customer collections/deliveries.
- Ensure entry/exit control areas and key holding areas are secure.
- Conduct yourself in a calm, polite, and courteous manner when dealing with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
- Ability to operate required technology hardware.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle ignition procedures and transmissions.
