Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to Managing Director (Industry Expert) to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide expert-level support to our Managing Director.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meetings, briefings, and minute-taking. They will also manage payroll and HR-related tasks, such as employee contracts and benefits administration. Additionally, they will oversee third-party partnerships and manage IT support.
The salary for this role is estimated to be £33,000-£38,000 per annum, based on industry standards. The company offers a competitive package, including holiday entitlement of 33 days per year and a hybrid working arrangement with flexible hours and remote working options.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage payroll and HR-related tasks

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a manufacturing or similar industry
- Excellent administrative skills, including MS Office proficiency
- Strong financial and legal knowledge, with experience in payroll and HR administration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
