We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse in Intensive Care Unit to join our team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. About the Opportunity
  • Estimated salary: £32,270 - £39,470 per annum

As a nurse in intensive care, you will play a vital role in the multidisciplinary team, working closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions. Your expertise will help ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient needs.
  2. Maintain accurate records, reporting any concerns or issues promptly and contributing to the efficient running of the unit.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
You'll Need
  • NMC Registration as a General Nurse, or eligibility to register within the next 3 months.
  • Proven experience working in acute settings or secondary care, preferably in critical care.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on patient-centered practice and continuous improvement.
