We are seeking a highly experienced Nursing Leadership Role professional to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a clinical leadership role, with a strong understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery. You'll be responsible for maintaining excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintaining excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff members
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mental health services
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical leadership role
  • A current Pin Number as an RMN
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • A commitment to patient recovery and independence
