**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team at 1st Staff. As a Tutor and Learning Facilitator, you will work with students who require additional support outside of mainstream education.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge level of Maths and English, as well as the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons. If you're passionate about helping students achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver 1:1 tutoring sessions to students in their homes, schools, or community centres
  • Plan and prepare lessons to meet the needs of individual students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support

**Requirements:**
