Job Description
VANRATH is pleased to partner with a leading multi-site client who require an experienced HR Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, reporting to the HR Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
- Administer all HR processes, including recording sickness and maternity leave
- Respond to HR queries from managers and employees
- Maintain and update employee records
- Issue contractual amendments as required
- Note-take during meetings to ensure accurate records are kept
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of onboarding for new hires, including Right to Work checks
- Issue offer letters and contracts
- Validate and maintain accurate data for new hires, ensuring compliance with audits
- Verify Right to Work compliance for employees in the UK and Ireland
Salary Information: Salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
