**Job Summary**
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our Clinical Team at our state-of-the-art care home in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the home alongside the General Manager, ensuring the highest quality of care.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Inspire and lead your team, acting as a visible role model within the care home community.
* Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation within financial parameters.

**Requirements**
* An active NMC PIN.
* A Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or are working towards it).
