Lead Our Clinical Team at Our State-of-the-Art Care Home

We are seeking an exceptional individual to head our Clinical Team as we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art care home. Our company, MAJESTIC NUMBER ONE LTD, is committed to providing the highest quality of care, and we need a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the care home alongside the General Manager, ensuring the highest quality of care and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Inspire and lead your team, acting as a visible role model within the care home community and promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation within financial parameters, while also identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • An active NMC PIN and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it).
  • A strong track record of leadership and management experience in a care home or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
