We are seeking an exceptional individual to head our Clinical Team as we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art care home. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate professional who is dedicated to providing outstanding care and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the home alongside the General Manager, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Promote a compassionate environment where residents' physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs are met with excellence.
  • Embody the principles of the Francis Report, Duty of Candour, and the 6 Cs, championing integrity, care, and compassion.
  • Inspire and lead your team, acting as a visible role model within the care home community.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels by managing the care home rota, ensuring each resident receives personalized care that suits their individual needs.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation within financial parameters.
  • Uphold the highest care standards, ensuring compliance with the Care Home Act 2008 and 2014.
  • Participate in the on-call system, ensuring seamless care in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Be physically involved in the care of residents, either directly or through delegation, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the home.

Requirements:

  • An active NMC PIN.
  • A Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or are working towards it).
  • A passion for teamwork, mentorship, and the desire to continuously develop your team.
  • A drive to grow your career and expand your professional skills.
