Position Overview
The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital is seeking to enhance its Clinical Governance framework and is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Clinical Governance expert to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the clinical governance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to uphold CQC compliance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Governance and Matron to prepare for inspections and assessments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Attend governance meetings and provide updates on clinical governance activities.
- Assist in the management of incident reporting and ensure timely investigations.
- Review and disseminate regulatory alerts and required actions.
- Ensure adherence to national regulations and guidelines.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.
Candidate Profile
- Desirable registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Proven track record in audit, risk management, and governance within a healthcare environment.
- Experience in clinical standards auditing and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building with stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
