About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content to engage customers and drive brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the Technology / IT Services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, analytical mindset, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
