Key Responsibilities

As a Care Team Leader at Care UK, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care. This will involve:

  • Case managing residents and creating effective care plans
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits such as Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme.
