Job Overview: Care UK seeks a dedicated individual to fill the Healthcare Supervision Role. As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee shifts, manage resident cases, administer medication, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to service development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Shifts: Lead and supervise shifts to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage Resident Cases: Coordinate resident care plans, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer Medication: Accurately administer and record medication, adhering to company protocols.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Regularly assess risks to ensure resident safety and report any concerns to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate on Service Development: Contribute to the development of new services and improvements in care quality by working closely with the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Necessary Qualifications: Hold an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent.
  • Skillset: Possess excellent organisational skills, IT literacy, and ability to allocate and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Leadership Experience: Showcase proven leadership abilities, with a strong track record of supervising teams.
  • Care Planning Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of care planning principles and best practices.
