Residential Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Team Leader to join our team in North Holmwood. As a Care Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the growth and development of our care services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of care assistants and deliver exceptional care services to our residents. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, while also contributing to the development of our care services.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits such as wagestream, bank holiday pay enhancements, and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Leading a team of care assistants
- Managing resident cases and liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Developing and implementing effective care plans
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
