Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Care UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to residents.
About the Role:
- Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Case manage residents and collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to develop effective care plans.
- Administer and record medication accurately.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive service development.
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
- You must be well-organized, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential.
- A good understanding of care planning processes is required.
- You should have experience in administering medication or be willing to undertake training.
