About the Role
As a Mental Health Care Specialist, you will be working with children and adults experiencing mental health challenges in Ilchester. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most.

Your role will involve delivering clinical and social care, customised to the specific needs of each individual. You will assist clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will also provide critical support during times of crisis, helping clients navigate difficult moments. Additionally, you will empower clients to live as independently as possible, building their confidence and skills.

You will have the ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility and the right to work in the UK. Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle are also required.

The estimated salary for this role is between £13,700 and £19,890 per year, depending on shift and role.
