As part of our strategic transformation, we are looking for an experienced Equipment Performance Improvement Manager to drive business growth through enhanced equipment reliability.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize production equipment performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement change initiatives.
  3. Provide technical guidance on equipment installation and commissioning.
  4. Lead the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
Essential Skills:
  1. Prior experience in managing engineering teams in a similar industry.
  2. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
