Henderson Drake is looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Improvement Consultant. You will be responsible for enhancing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes of our clients using Planful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver End-to-end Consulting Services: Support clients throughout the entire implementation journey, from initial assessment to final deployment.
  • Customise Planful Solutions: Collaborate with clients to tailor Planful applications to their specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Assess and re-engineer client budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to maximise the effectiveness of Planful deployments.
  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Identify opportunities to expand Planful capabilities, support client growth, and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on Planful product enhancements and industry trends, applying this expertise to drive innovation within client engagements.
  • Document Implementation Details: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system architecture, functional specifications, process workflows, and training materials.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business success.
