We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our successful events logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics of exhibition projects, ensuring seamless delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire logistics process, from appointment by the organizer to delivery and return of materials from stands.
  • Work with logistics and exhibition partners worldwide, securing rate schedules, shipping dates, and carrier information.
  • Drive efficiencies and improvements in logistics processes to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring all bookings and orders are processed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar logistics role within exhibitions/events.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export customs regulations and formalities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
  • Clean driving license.
