Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Free-to-Play Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of our mobile games.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and deliverables to drive alignment and clarity of schedules, tasks, and tracking.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring delivery at quality and pace.
* Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting high performance and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:
* Proven track record as a project manager or similar role in the mobile gaming industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools and software (ideally Jira/Confluence).
* Experience in game development processes, free-to-play game space, game design principles, monetization models, and live operations.
* Ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.
