An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to make a significant impact in the transformation of insurance services. Key Responsibilities:
  1. COLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS - Build strong relationships with business users, business change, and IT teams to deliver strategic objectives.
  2. DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST - Create detailed documentation for change proposals and new initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation.
  3. LEAD REQUIREMENTS GATHERING - Facilitate workshops/meetings with key stakeholders and third-party vendors to define project outcomes.
  4. BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION - Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business processes.
  5. INTERFACE BETWEEN USERS AND TECH TEAM - Ensure effective communication and collaboration between end-users and technology teams.
  6. DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER - Oversee the development and maintenance of digital applications/services, driving business value.
  7. CHALLENGE ASSUMPTIONS - Encourage critical thinking and challenge assumptions to achieve clarity.
  8. BEST PRACTICE ADVOCATE - Promote and implement best practices in business analysis, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in insurance, preferably with knowledge of the London Insurance Market.
  2. Proven track record in delivering E2E business analysis services, driving digital transformation.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on relationship-building.
  5. Familiarity with technology and its application in business settings.
  6. Previous experience as a Product Owner in a scaled agile environment.
  7. Knowledge of low-code application development solutions, such as Pega, MS Power Platform, or Salesforce.
  8. Passion for digital transformation and its impact on the insurance sector.

Additional Information:
  • Location: Hybrid – 3 days on site in the City of London.
  • Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (based on experience) + bonus + excellent benefits package.
