Behaviour Support Specialist

Academics Ltd is a specialist school in Oxford, providing education to children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.

Responsibilities- Supporting Children: Assist children aged 5 to 11 in developing their social skills, daily routines, and activities within a safe and structured learning environment.
- Maintaining a Safe Environment: Ensure the well-being and safety of students by implementing strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting emotional regulation.
- Experience: Proven experience working with children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties is essential.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders.
