Claims Control Specialist

Job Overview:We are seeking a Claims Control Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing financial and regulatory controls across all lines of business. You will lead important projects within the Claims Department, focusing on achieving outcomes, delivering metrics, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance processes and quality. Additionally, you will participate in audits, provide insights, and make improvements to support the operations of our Claims Department.Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with various teams within the organization
- Implement financial controls and risk management strategies
- Generate exception reports and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with offshore teams to improve efficiency and provide training
- Lead ad-hoc projects and support quality and risk management initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation within the department
- Provide operational support to onshore and offshore teams
- Measure and report key management metrics
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of financial controls and risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in insurance industry and auditing practices
