We are seeking a Claims Control Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing financial and regulatory controls across all lines of business. You will lead important projects within the Claims Department, focusing on achieving outcomes, delivering metrics, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance processes and quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with various teams within the organization to drive business growth and improvement.
- Implement financial controls and risk management strategies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Generate exception reports and ensure timely completion to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to improve efficiency and provide training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and support quality and risk management initiatives to drive business excellence.
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation within the department to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide operational support to onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Measure and report key management metrics to inform business decisions.
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of financial controls and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze and present data.
- Experience in the insurance industry and auditing practices to drive business growth and improvement.
