Job Title: Outpatient / Pre-Assessment Manager

MediTalent Ltd is seeking an experienced Outpatient / Pre-Assessment Manager to lead their team in a State-of-the-Art Private Hospital in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and mentoring nursing staff in the outpatient / pre-assessment department, working closely with the Ward Sister to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care activities to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient experience
  • Collaborate with consultants, other healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure effective care delivery
  • Monitor patient outcomes and ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and standards
  • Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and manage resource allocation efficiently
Requirements:
  • NMC Pin
  • Previous managerial experience and leadership skills essential
  • Solid experience in outpatient or ambulatory care nursing
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Strong leadership skills
