The hospital offers a wide range of surgical services, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, ENT, and Ophthalmology. With a Good CQC rating, this hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop nursing teams, overseeing nurse recruitment and ensuring governance and compliance within the department.
We welcome applications from experienced Deputy Outpatient or Pre-Assessment Managers or Sisters/Charge Nurses/Clinical Leads looking to take on their first management role. While experience in the private sector is preferred, we also consider applications from the NHS.
