Clinical Services Manager - Outpatients and Pre-Assessment
Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Outpatient and Pre-Assessment services. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of our clinical departments, providing clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and manage the clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
Provide leadership and direction to all clinical staff, supporting the initiatives of the hospital and ensuring the achievement of CQC Standards.
Develop, motivate, and perform all clinical staff, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up-to-date and aligned with the needs of the hospital.
Maintain professional, cost-effective department services, including financial management and business planning.
Work clinically as required, with a minimum of one clinical shift per week.
