Outpatient Manager

Stroud Resourcing is seeking an experienced Outpatient & Pre-Assessment Manager (RGN) to join an award-winning hospital in Berkshire. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including 3 laminar flow theatres, a physiotherapy suite, outpatients' department, onsite pharmacy, and full diagnostics suite. They offer a wide range of surgical services, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop nursing teams, overseeing nurse recruitment and governance compliance.
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
We welcome applications from experienced Deputy Outpatient or Pre-Assessment Managers or Sisters/Charge Nurses/Clinical Leads looking to move into their first management role. To achieve the top end of the salary, you must have experience working within the private sector.
