Salon Manager - Dog Grooming

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to join our Dogwood team at Pets Corner UK. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of stylists and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and pet care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including grooming, customer service, and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and train your team.
  • Ensure the salon is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and customer relationships.

  • Proven experience in dog grooming and management.
