Salon Manager for Dog Grooming Salon

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to join our Dogwood team at Pets Corner UK. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of stylists and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and pet grooming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing appointments, staff, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and train your team to meet Dogwood's high standards.
  • Ensure the salon is presented to the highest standard, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in pet grooming and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • A genuine interest in Dogwood's vision, products, and values.
  • A thirst for continued training and development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
