About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited as a Deputy General Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a team of managers and contributing to the success of our restaurants.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results.
  • You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
  • As a Deputy General Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities within the business.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
  • Financial Management: Exposure to managing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance
  • Customer Service Excellence: Experience delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience
