Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team at one of our busy locations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
