Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew and Shift Leader Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Training and Development
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip crew members with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Mentor and guide crew leaders to develop their leadership skills and confidence.
Operations Support
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Support the execution of Brand standards, recipes, and systems across all locations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in training and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial management software.
