About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training events and ensuring the highest level of quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of training events, including coordinating logistics and communicating with clients and trainers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure the quality of our service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with clients to determine details of in-house training, including venue and platform requirements.
  • Liaise with trainers to ensure they have the necessary documentation and information to deliver high-quality training.
  • Liaise with internal teams to finalize delegate numbers, room requirements, and other logistical details.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with virtual platforms and ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
  • Liaise with accreditation bodies to oversee the company's qualifications and ensure compliance.
  • Order course materials and confirm delivery by deadline dates.
  • Respond to client queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide cover for other staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience creating events using virtual meeting platforms, such as Teams or Zoom.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in an administrative position, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Advanced English written and verbal skills.
